Ama Kimimila is a Holistic Wellness Mentor, ancestral philosophy teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, and astrologer with a practice rooted in ceremonial song, eco- conscious land stewardship, and community healing. Since 2013 she has taught and mentored individuals and groups in integrative wellness topics — from herbal and functional-medicine informed detox to sacred song practice, meditation, and EarthStar teachings. Ama founded Medicine Dreams in 2013, which hosts podcasts, in-person ceremony and virtual membership programs, where she leads regular Zoom classes, and wellness series that center ancestral knowledge, rites of passage, and grounded practices for long-term wellness.

His teachings guided me for many years until his recent passing, and I teach these lifeways with the blessing of both my teachers. They told me it was time to teach in 2016, after 7 years of dedication and personal healing/ initiations of the Star Altar and that this knowledge is meant for everyone. My dream is that we get to work together across humanity and ecosystems to create a beautiful future for the next 7 generations.”
